- 🌱KRIS BUTCHER is the Superintendent of Manassas National Battlefield Park and its’ 5,000 acres, 21 buildings, 44 miles of trails, and 35 staff who welcome 650,000 visitors annually. His twenty years of federal service, working in four federal agencies, have been spent connecting people to resources. Kris’s passion is seeing visitors fall in love with their National Parks.
- 🌱BILL WRIGHT is a “Protect Our National Parks” activist living in Prince William County. Bill is currently part of a grassroots coaltion to protect the Manassas National Park from data center development. Following his career in the US Navy, Bill worked for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for more than a decade. Upon retiring.
- 🌱BOB SOULE Following a four-decade career as a national security analyst and executive, Bob embarked on an electric road trip in 2022 with his wife Kathy to visit all 51 national parks in the Lower 48 states in their electric vehicle, showing that charging is available even in the most remote locations. A dedicated EV, solar, and home electrification advocate, Bob is a trained electric coach through Rewiring America’s Electric Coach Certification course and currently serves as a Guide for the course. Bob recently co-founded Go Electric DMV, a network of volunteer electric coaches dedicated to helping people in the DC-Maryland-Virginia region electrify their homes. He also serves as a volunteer for Citizens Climate Lobby.
