Josefina Doumbia: is a life long Environmental and Social Justice Crusader. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, as well as Masters and Doctorate degrees in Environmental Engineering. Over the course of her 25-year career with the World Bank as an Environmental Program Engineer, Josefina has been at the forefront of addressing critical environmental challenges, sustainability, and climate change issues in 30 countries, spanning both developed and developing nations. Her dedication to creating positive change and her expertise in these areas make her a highly valued and respected professional in her field. Currently, Josefina is a Board Member of various local, grassroots environmental justice organizations.


Stephanie Miller: Former Director of Climate Business at the World Bank Group and the author of Zero Waste Living, the 80/20 Way: The Busy Person’s Guide to a Lighter Footprint. She founded Zero Waste in DC where she reaches a wide audience through keynote presentations, learning events and household consultations.


Anne Petrov: is a highly accomplished professional with a Masters degree in Physics and Renewable Energies. She has held security clearances in renowned nuclear physics laboratories in the US and France. With a strong background in tackling climate change and promoting clean energy production, Anne spent over three decades in France actively engaged in global efforts. She is also the co-founder of EVO, a prominent wind-energy development company. Currently, Anne is the Executive Director of Father Joseph Network USA. Anne’s expertise and passion make her a respected leader in the field, driving the transition towards a greener and more sustainable future.

Janine Finnell: is the Founder and Executive Director of Leaders in Energy (LE), a global action network of energy and sustainability professionals and other changemakers seeking to bring about and accelerate solutions for a societal green transformation. Janine draws upon an extensive domestic and international career in policy and research, program management, communications, outreach, and management consulting in the energy and sustainability fields.
